Deputy Chairman of the district Executive committee in charge of construction, housing and communal services, energy, transport and communications:

manages the construction, fuel and energy complexes and road management of the district, housing and communal services, transport and communications, state border policy in the district;

coordinates the activities of services for the prevention and elimination of consequences of accidents and natural disasters.

Supervises the issues of:

construction activities, architecture, urban planning and housing construction;

energy and energy saving regardless of the form of ownership of the organization;

road activities, including the development of roadside service infrastructure, road safety;

improvement and sanitary condition of the city and rural settlements of the district;

distribution of wood funds for individuals for the repair of residential buildings, outbuildings, construction and reconstruction of housing;

logistical and secondary resources;

collection of secondary material resources;

communications and informatization;

international cooperation in supervised industries;

implementation of social standards for servicing the population of the district in the supervised industries;

timely payment of wages to employees in supervised industries;

interaction with bank branches in terms of financing the construction of facilities and activities of organizations and enterprises of the construction complex;

interaction with industry trade unions of supervised organizations;

compliance with the requirements of the Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 11, 2004 No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline", dated December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support of the population" in supervised organizations; compliance with legislation in the field of safety (including fire and industrial) in subordinate organizations.

Carries out general control over the fulfillment of requirements:

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2019 No. 7 "On the improvement and development of housing and communal services of the country";

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2019 No. 8 "On priority areas for the development of the construction industry".

Provides general guidance on the implementation of government programs in supervised industries.

He heads commissions, councils, and working groups established in the district executive committee in the field of activity.
