Deputy Chairman of the district Executive Committee in charge of economic issues:

analyzes, develops and implements a general strategy for the socio-economic development of the district;

coordinates the work of the structural divisions of the district executive committee in terms of the economic development of the district.

Supervises issues of

economics, pricing, property relations, non-cash payments, statistics and analysis;

entrepreneurship and investment activities;

employment of the population;

labor and wages;

consumer protection;

interaction with industry trade unions;

the work of industrial enterprises, the quality and competitiveness of industrial products;

reforming state-owned enterprises (organizations) and enterprises with a share of the state;

foreign economic and regional relations;

trade and services of enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership;

insurance activities, government marks and securities;

monitoring compliance with prices and tariffs;

enterprises of non-state form of ownership;

public associations of entrepreneurs and employers;

interaction with banks in terms of lending to industrial enterprises and investment projects;

implementation of social standards for servicing the population of the district;

regulation of public procurement and procurement at own expense;

digital economy;

international cooperation in supervised industries;

timely payment of wages to employees in supervised industries;

fulfilling the requirements of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population" in supervised organizations;

compliance with legislation in the field of safety (including fire and industrial) in subordinate organizations.

Carries out general control over the fulfillment of requirements:

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 6 dated May 7, 2012 "On stimulating entrepreneurial activity in medium-sized, small urban settlements, rural areas";

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 dated November 23, 2017 "On the development of entrepreneurship";

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 8 dated December 21, 2017 "On the development of the digital economy";

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 1 dated March 11, 2004 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline";

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2007 No. 3 "On priority areas for strengthening the economic security of the State";

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 31, 2010 No. 4 "On the development of entrepreneurial initiative and stimulation of business activity in the Republic of Belarus";

Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated October 6, 2022 No. 10 "On the inadmissibility of price increases".

Provides general guidance on the implementation of government programs in supervised industries.

He heads commissions, councils, and working groups established in the district executive committee in the field of activity.

Coordinates the activities of:

Kamenetsky branch of the Brest Interdistrict trading unitary enterprise

representative offices of Belgosstrakh in the Kamenetsky district;

the District Statistics Department of the Main Statistical Department of the Brest region.

Manages the activities of:

Department of Economics of the district Executive Committee;

the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the district Executive Committee (regarding issues of improving the wage system and strengthening labor motivation in economic sectors, improving labor rationing and the use of labor resources, expertise, labor protection and safety, labor relations, employment).

Performs other duties and powers provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.
