Оказание
нетрудоспособным гражданам социально-бытовых и социально-реабилитационных
услуг в целях содействия в предупреждении, преодолении трудной жизненной
ситуации, увеличение охвата социальными услугами нетрудоспособных граждан, проживающих
в сельских отдалённых и малонаселенных пунктах. |

Детализация проекта |
В рамках реализации
проекта будет: 1. осуществлено проведение процедуры закупки; 2. приобретение электро велосипедов Минского «МотоВелоЗавода» – 10 шт. на общую сумму 29000 бел.
руб. для социальных работников; 3. обучение социальных работников правилам эксплуатации
транспортных средств; 4. приобретение световозвращающей продукции (жилетов
повышенной видимости) для уязвимых участников движения (социальных
работников) в темное время суток – 80 шт. на общую сумму 800 бел. руб. |

The purpose of
the project and its need |
Creating conditions for safe and more
comfortable pastime of disabled people by equipping a sports ground,
arranging a recreation and relaxation area, fencing the territory adjacent to
the department. Improvement of the
territory will help to involve disabled people in physical education and
sports, normalize their psychological and emotional state, and will also
expand the range of social services aimed at the diverse leisure activities
of disabled people through cultural and leisure activities. Currently, 823 people with
disabilities of groups 1, 2 and 3, aged from 18 to the generally established
retirement age, live in the Kamenets district. The department is attended by
43 disabled people from this category. For them, 8 clubs have been organized,
clubs and a rehabilitation and labor workshop are functioning. Having a multi-directional
nature, these leisure activities comprehensively contribute to overcoming
social isolation and strengthening social integration. The tasks of including
disabled people in full social life are solved by providing assistance in
social, domestic, social, labor and social-psychological rehabilitation. |

Landscaping 1. Purchase and installation of fencing for the
adjacent territory of the department (fence, gate, wicket). 2. Purchase and installation of 2 gazebos, 8
benches, 2 swings, 2 bike racks (2 pcs.), a set of garden furniture. 3. Purchase of green spaces (conifers, shrubs,
flowering perennials). 4. Equipment of a sports ground and installation
of an indoor vandal-proof training complex. Total cost - 45,000 thousand US dollars Reorganization
of the computer class 1. Purchase of computer equipment in the amount of 4 sets 2. Purchase of computer desks in the amount of 4
pcs. and computer chairs 4 pcs. Total cost – 9800 thousand US dollars Reorganization
of the physical rehabilitation room 1. Purchase of exercise equipment (5 pcs.) Total cost – 4900 thousand US dollars Cost: total amount 59700 US dollars Project implementation period: 1 year |
