Наименование проекта: «Каменец: века традиций - подвойное
ткачество».
Срок реализации проекта: 12 месяцев.
Организация-заявитель, предлагающая проект: отдел культуры
Каменецкого районного исполнительного комитета.
Цель проекта: сохранение уникального вида ремесла,
внесённого в список нематериального культурного наследия Беларуси, - подвойного
(двухосновного) ткачества - через раскрытие потенциала ремесла как
туристического проекта г. Каменца для широкой аудитории туристов стран
ближнего и дальнего зарубежья; развитие туристической инфраструктуры и
повышение конкурентоспособности приграничной территории.
Задачи:
- сохранение и закрепление в современной бытовой и
художественной культуре технологии подвойного ткачества;
- создание производства аутентичной сувенирной продукции;
- создание комфортной туристско-развлекательной среды на
базе Каменецкого городского Дома культуры и прилегающей территории (сквера)
посредством создания тематических локаций досугово-просветительского,
историко-краеведческого, историко-театрального направления;
- развитие
пешеходного туризма путем создания различных экскурсионных программ, квестов и
т.п.;
- создание
культурно-образовательной среды для учащейся молодежи.
Целевая группа: разновозрастные организованные туристические
группы; группы учащихся образовательных учреждений, в том числе в рамках
учебного процесса; участники любительских творческих коллективов; частные
туристы.
Краткое описание мероприятий в рамках проекта:
- приобретение расходных материалов для ткацких станков;
- приобретение у частных лиц сохранившихся ткацких станков и
их элементов (деталей) для реконструкции станков;
- обучение мастериц основам двухосновного подвойного
ткачества;
- наладка выпуска сувенирной продукции и подготовка мест
реализации на территории туристических объектов города;
- историко-краеведческое направление – экспозиционно-выставочная работа на
базе Каменецкого ГДК;
- разработка тематических локаций досугово-просветительского
направления - обустройство тематической площадки, в том числе для сквера у
Каменецкого ГДК, – летняя музыкальная веранда как площадка для проведения
уличных обрядовых праздников и др.;
- создание детских и молодежных историко-географических
квестов, пеших интерактивных экскурсионных программ;
- организация мастер-классов, учебного процесса в рамках
выездных занятий по направлениям: история края, отечественная история, история
культуры, история религии.

The aim of
the project: to preserve a unique type of craft included in the list of
intangible cultural heritage of Belarus - double-base weaving through the
disclosure of the potential of the craft as a tourist project of the city of
Kamenets for a wide audience of tourists from near and far abroad; development
of tourist infrastructure and increasing the competitiveness of the border
area.

goal: preserving a unique type of craft included in the list of intangible
cultural heritage of Belarus - double-warp (double-warp) weaving by revealing
the potential of the craft as a tourist project of the city of Kamenets for a
wide audience of tourists from near and far abroad; development of tourist
infrastructure and increasing the competitiveness of the border area.
5. Objectives:
- preservation and consolidation of the technology of double
weaving in modern everyday and artistic culture;
- creation of production of authentic souvenir products;
- creation
of a comfortable tourist and entertainment environment on the basis of the
Kamenets City House of Culture and the adjacent territory - the park, by
creating thematic locations of leisure and educational, historical and local
history, historical and theatrical directions;
- development of pedestrian tourism by creating various
excursion programs, quests, etc.;
- creation of a cultural and educational environment for
young students.
6. Target
group: organized tourist groups of different ages; groups of students of
educational institutions, including as part of the educational process; members
of amateur creative teams; private tourists.
7. Brief
description of the activities within the project:
- purchase of consumables for weaving machines;
- purchase of preserved looms and their elements (parts)
from individuals for reconstruction of looms;
- training of craftswomen in the basics of double-warp
double weaving;
- setting
up production of souvenir products and preparation of sales sites on the
territory of tourist sites of the city;
- historical and local history direction - exhibition and
exhibition work on the basis of the Kamenets City House of Culture;

development of thematic locations of the leisure and educational direction -
arrangement of a thematic site, including for the park near the Kamenets City
House of Culture - a summer musical veranda, as a site for holding street
ritual festivals, etc.;
- creation of children's and youth historical and
geographical quests, walking interactive excursion programs;
- organization of master classes, educational process within
the framework of off-site classes in the following areas: history of the
region, national history, history of culture, history of religion.
